Happy 3/16; diet update

Though I haven't updated my diet blog for a while now, the workouts continue.

No doubt lunch spoiled my brief celebration, but this morning when I weighed in ...

(drumroll please)

... I was 172.9 lbs. I haven't weighed that little since high school, maybe? I'm less than a pound away from being 40 lbs. lighter than my highest recorded weight. Wow.
